About the craftsman-
Justin grew up in a family builders and from a young age was on job sites assisting as a laborer and carpenter. At the age of 18, he joined the Marine Corps and retired after serving for 20 years.
During his time in the military, he also obtained a degree in Architecture from Temple University and worked in small boutique firms for 6 years focusing on design build projects where he once again was able to jump back in to carpentry.
Justin also worked for the federal government for 12 years, serving as a Project Manager on very large design and construction projects for NASA, the FBI and many other federal agencies.

For more than twenty years, I led the planning, design, and construction of complex federal projects for the U.S. General Services Administration, working alongside architects, engineers, contractors, and clients to deliver projects where precision, communication, and quality were essential. My educational foundation in architectural design, combined with years of managing multimillion-dollar construction projects, shaped the way I approach every project today.
That experience allows me to see beyond the cabinet itself. I consider how each piece relates to the surrounding architecture, how it will function in everyday life, how materials interact with natural light, and how thoughtful detailing contributes to a timeless design. Every decision—from layout and proportions to hardware, joinery, and finish—is made with the goal of creating work that feels intentional and enduring.
At Tocci Woodworking, every project is personally designed, handcrafted, finished, and installed by me. There are no production lines or outsourced fabrication—just a commitment to exceptional craftsmanship, clear communication, and creating pieces that will become a lasting part of your home.
